Hyneman, who compared children's violent behavior towards their peers with aggressive animal behavior and called it mobbing. In its modern sense, the term was first used by the Swedish researcher of work psychology H. Leyman, who studied the peculiarities of people's behavior in a team in the early 80s of the 20th century.
