My enemy's enemy...

To be honest, I started watching the film at my own risk so as not to expect to see anything special: there are two youngsters on the poster, and the title was not particularly intriguing.
But in the end, fortunately, my assumptions did not come true and, after watching the movie to the end, I realized that I had started for a reason. I would like to say right away that the film is very serious, even though children play it. But in fact, this is even a plus, because the same “negative” act committed by a child looks provocative and even more frightening than it would be done by an adult. The film is about how two “whipping boys” decided to join forces against the offenders and teach them a good lesson. At first I thought about these guys going to catch bullies and deal with them one at a time. But I was wrong again—the revenge consisted in a clever plan, based on the principle of “divide and conquer”, according to which the “young bandits” quarreled with each other, and our heroes only had to finish off the “wounded beast”. But this whole game of “The Elusive Avengers” went too far, and harmless dirty tricks turned into beatings half to death. One of the guys understood this and was already starting to “wash his hands”, but the other one did not want to part with the power he had won and did not allow anyone to get in the way. This film is about hostages to ideas who become blind and do not see that they are starting to become people they hated before. The film, I think, is suitable for viewers of any age, but I would also like to recommend that children aged 12-15 attend such an exhibition As an example, you've learned that you don't have to hurt others when they're hurting you.

You've become what we've been fighting against

The film makes you think about revenge in general and what it can lead to.
Two “outcasts” are trying to escape attacks from the “chosen ones” of their class, and, as we know, the best defense is an attack. This is the basis for the entire storyline of the film. Guys start a club, get rid of their weaknesses, take on new members and come up with their own rules. Protection is good, but in moderation. The main character realizes this, albeit rather late, but his friend, Toka, is completely satisfied with the current situation and is not going to change anything. Best friends become enemies, and the one you've pushed away so hard becomes the only one who helps you in your time of need, supports you and forgives you. The film is especially relevant for modern teenagers, both for the so-called “chosen ones” so that they can see the consequences of their actions, and for “outcasts” so that they understand and clearly draw the line between “getting rid of bullying” and “becoming someone they used to fear”.
